Regenerating (Reactivating) Silica Gel
When the beads change color from orange to green/blue, they are saturated with moisture. You can easily reuse the silica gel by regenerating it:
- Spread the beads in a thin layer in an oven-safe dish.
- Place the dish in a ventilated oven at a maximum of 80 °C.
- Dry the beads for approximately 3 hours until they turn orange again.
Please note: higher temperatures may damage the structure of the silica gel and reduce its effectiveness.
