Payment methods:
At Silica-Gel-Shop.com, it is possible to use online payment in different ways. Each payment method has its own advantages. Below is an explanation of all payment options in our web shop. ideal
85% of Dutch people who place an order online, now pay with iDEAL. If you choose iDEAL you will be led directly to the safe environment of your own bank. The payment will be through our payment provider MultiSafepay. They arrange payments between different banks. The secure environment works like you are used to online banking. The biggest advantage of iDeal is that the payment is made immediately and we notified them directly. After the message is received by us, we go directly to product delivery.

credit card
It is possible to pay us by credit card (MasterCard / VISA). This is a payment method that allows you to pay immediately and in which the credit card company will bill after a month. Credit card is completely safe with us because we outsource it to a specialist payment provider. Also, at each payment checks performed on potential fraud. So you do not worry afterwards.

For Credit Card payment is an extra charge of € 0.50 per transaction.

Delivery
Your purchases of items at the Silica Gel-Shop will be delivered to the address you specify. We only provide a physical address in Europe.
The delivery of your order will normally be handled by GLS or DHL. If an order does not fit through the letterbox and / or the order exceeds a certain value, it will be shipped by parcel. It is possible that the delivery requires a signature on delivery. In some cases, only the recipient can sign a receipt.
If you are not at home during the first and second delivery attempt, at least, can fail to take the packet, the packet driver leaves a notification in your mailbox. After two failed attempts offering the package will be returned to our facility in Haaksbergen, The Netherlands. Depending on the items you ordered it may happen that not all delivery options are offered during the ordering process. The shipping options for your order will be shown immediately. Shipping options which are not shown are of course not possible.
Pay attention! Pick-up products is not possible.
We do not keep store operations at the office address from our company.

Shipping costs

We charge shipping costs for delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany of € 2,50 if the order value is below € 100,-

For an order value > € 100, – the shipping costs for a delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany are free.

For shipping to Hungary, Austria, Spain and the United Kingdom we charge € 20, – shipping costs.

For shipping to Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland we charge € 25, – shipping.

Delivery time:
If you order on weekdays before 14:00, we can deliver most items the next day, whenever and wherever you want.
In some cases, the delivery may take longer than one working day in connection with the dependence of the delivery times of suppliers or in the case of large and / or heavy items. Where appropriate, we mention in the product deviating delivery.
Silica Gel-Shop uses the Terms and Conditions for distance selling drawn up by the Dutch Home Shopping Organization in consultation with the Consumers’ Association.

Shipping costs

All prices of the products in the Silica-Gel-Shop are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. For the delivery of purchases in the Silica-Gel-Shop, shipping costs are calculated.

The shipping costs are € 2,50 per order, provided the order amount is less than € 100,-. If the order value is more than € 100, the shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany are free of charge.

For shipping costs to other countries, we have different tariff zones for this.

For delivery to Hungary, Austria, Spain and the United Kingdom, the shipping costs are: € 20, –

Consumers are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days after delivery of the product. They may return a product within that period, they own the postage to pay for the return. Silica Gel Shop reserves the right to charge for returning a product under Law “distance purchases’ fees.
If you want to return a product contact the customer service via the contact form. Here, the way of returning will be indicated. The cost of return shipping is for your own account.
There are several ways to return:
You send your received via a post office. Make sure your return form is enclosed completed. The cost depends on the size of the product and whether you want to insure the shipment against loss, damage or theft. Silica Gel-Shop is not responsible for this shipment.

Important!
send in return, you as sender have certain rules you must adhere. So the package should be well packed in a box and you must keep proof that the goods have been shipped. You should also take into account the liability when sending goods through example Postnl. Remember, you are responsible for a proper mission. The package can not be held liable in the standard package shipments for any damage to the package, or missing. This is only possible when sending goods with a shipping insurance. See also the conditions of PostNL. When sending you should always keep a proof of dispatch tracking. Proof of dispatch is not proof of delivery!
