Returns
When do I want to return my product?
- Each product can be returned after it has been received within less than 14 days
- The packaging of the products is in original state
- The set product is returned in full
- The products have not been opened and are unused
- The products are not damaged and are in their original packaging
Does your return request not meet one of the above conditions? Please contact our customer service. In some cases, there could be some exceptions whether or not we accept the return.
How do I return a product? Return shipments are initially made by e-mail. Send an email to customerservice@silica-gel-shop.nl and always mention the order number and your name. The order number can be found on the order confirmation or on the invoice.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs for returning a product are for your own account, see the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us in full and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
Refund
As soon as we have received your return, we will process it and it will be checked up. After approval of your return, we will refund the purchase amount, including delivery costs, within 14 days.
